Counseling Fees

Counseling fees with Heather Sly-Haley in Salem, Oregon

Fees:

All fees are based on a 50-minute session.

Individual – $125

Couples – $125

Payment Types

Cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

I am considered an Out-of-Network provider. This means I am unable to bill your insurance directly. However, I can provide you with receipts which you may be able to submit your insurance for reimbursement. Please be sure to check your coverage to see:

If you have mental health insurance or counseling benefits?
Covered amount (rate) per session?
How many sessions are covered?

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hour notice of any cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given then you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. A “no show” for your appointment without any prior notice the full rate for the missed session will be charged. If you have an emergency that occurs and you miss your appointment, please let your therapist know and you will not be charged for the session.
